Exchange & Return Policy

• We will gladly accept any non-damaged, not significantly used serum bottle with the original box within 30 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
• Please inform us about your return on Whatsapp at +923046428532.
• The customer needs to return the perfume via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at his own expense to our address.
• Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
• Individual bottles/Serums from Packs cannot be returned. You need to return the complete pack to avail the refund.
• Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
